Properly exposed, satisfying colors, no visible noise, and busy background in an out of focus bokeh blur.
We can observe some aliasing artifacts however, likely due to line-skipping high speed readout from the sensor.
It might be more aliasing artifacts than the iPhone slow-motion, and comparable to other Android phones on the market.
Later samples and comparisons will tell!
yea but have you seen slow motion on the s6! its horrible its basically upscaled 480p. plus 120fps is only 720p
new iphone does it at 1080p now. I'm super close to bailing on my s6 and just taking the loss
+Jason Keiter High resolution sensors are not helping with slow motion capabilities.
Yes if slowmo is a very important feature for you (like to those who enjoy filming their friends skating stuff like that), iPhones are the best choice ATM it seems.
That must have been captured using a tripod.
+Jason Keiter I see, Galaxy S6 slowmo being indeed nowhere near the upscaled 720p resolution.
+Varun Chugh framing is moving a little during the video, I suppose it was hand handled.
Everyone appear a lot steadier when slowed at 1/8th 😉
+François Simond Hehe yeah it is moving a little bit.
